How do I access the online content?

To access any of our online streaming content, you will first need an account. You can register for an account here, or if you already have an account, you can log in here. Once you are logged in to your account, you can browse and purchase our online content through our productions page.

What should I do if my login isn't working?

If you have an account and cannot log in please request to reset your password using the password reset option. This will then send an email and gives you a link valid for 60 mins so you can create a new password.  

Don't forget to check your folder if you can't find your email!

How do I view my content after purchasing it?

Once purchased, your content should be viewable on any device with an internet connection and browser. Simply visit your dashboard to access and view all the content you have purchased.

Can I view the content I purchased more than once?

Yes! After purchase, you can access the content as many times as you want within the streaming period. The streaming period will vary from production to production.

How do I watch my purchased content on my TV?

We would recommend connecting your laptop to your TV via an HDMI cable. However, you can also use Chromecast Mirroring or use Apple Airplay to watch content through your TV, if you have the necessary technologies.

Can I watch my content through my Smart TV?

PLEASE NOTE - We can not guarantee the compatibility with all smart TV browsers as they can vary hugely dependant on manufacturer and quality of browser app. 

If your Smart TV or Firestick has an internet browser, and you have already set up an account on our streaming site, you should be able to use this to access all our online content as you would on your laptop or mobile. Simply log in and access the content through your dashboard.

If this is still not working, we recommend trying some of the other techniques outlined in the above question to stream our content through your TV.

My payment won't go through.
